TenderAhead is a business name registered in Australia (ABN 27 374 041 336), operated by a sole trader. Contact: [email protected]. "You" means the business that subscribes.
We send weekly research briefings on UK public-sector cleaning contracts, built from notices that public bodies publish under the Open Government Licence. The service is for businesses only; by subscribing you confirm you are acting in the course of a business.
Contract dates, values and suppliers are reported as published. Likely tender windows are our estimates. Buyers can extend contracts, re-procure early, use frameworks or cancel. We don't guarantee that any tender will be published, or that our information is complete or error-free. Briefings are research, not legal, financial or bid-writing advice. Always check the buyer's own notices before acting.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, in GBP, by card through our payment processor (Stripe). The founding-member price is fixed for 12 months from your first payment. We will give at least 30 days' notice by email of any other price change, and you can cancel before it applies.
We are an overseas supplier and do not charge UK VAT. VAT-registered customers account for any VAT under the reverse charge.
You can cancel at any time by emailing us or through the billing link we send. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for, and briefings continue until then.
First-month guarantee: if your first month isn't useful, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. Otherwise payments are not refundable for part-months, except where the law requires.
Briefings are for use within your own business (including your group companies and advisers working for you). Please don't resell, republish or share them publicly. The underlying public sector information remains licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost contracts, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including any guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
We handle personal data as set out in our privacy notice.
We may update these terms and will email subscribers about material changes at least 30 days before they apply. These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia.
